Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed June 16, 2022 found that Exceptional Hearts had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state re-licensure survey completed on March 17, 2022.
